Credentialing types

Credentialing types are defined in their respective Credentialing Types reference list record in symplr Provider. For example, you can create a credentialing type for the initial credentialing of a new provider, or the recredentialing of an existing provider.

You can add "questions" to the credentialing type instance to remind users of required tasks. For example, if your organization requires new applicants to pay an application fee, indicate this requirement here. The questions added to the credentialing type will be listed as items on the Worksheet tab of the credentialing instance. You can also create labeled data fields so the user can enter responses to the questions when completing a credentialing instance.
